Civilian Senior Leaders

The Army's Civilian senior leaders are executives and senior leaders responsible for the development of today's Army and the Army of tomorrow. They contribute to the strategy and vision for sexual assault prevention and response, and they help establish the policies and procedures essential for the sustainment and success of the Army, including those efforts directed torward the eradication of sexual harassment and sexual assault within the Army. These leaders implement and enforce DOD and Army policies and procedures required by law, Presidential Executive Orders, EEOC, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), DOD, and Army regulations, policies, and directives. They are personally responsible and accountable for the climates within their areas of responsibility and ensure supervisors and managers understand and meet their responsibilities as essential members of the Army Team.
